Making A Purchase |
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the PayPal shopping basket. Don't worry items are easily removed. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo and American Express. Payments are processed securely on our behalf by PayPal, we do not even see your credit card number. See the section on Credit Card Security for more information.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

When the order is placed at our website, credit card are processed on our behalf by PayPal (Europe) Limited. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. We do not receive your credit card number or any other details. PayPal (Europe) Limited is regulated in the UK by the Financial Services Authority.
If you prefer not to process your transaction entirely on-line you may contact us by phone, fax or snail mail to complete your order. |

All products are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty.
We realise that many of the products we sell are essential to the wellbeing of your koi. We endeavour to be as flexible as possible in any instances where under warranty products fail. |

Icklesham Koi do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. |
Returns Policy |
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by:
- returning the product to Icklesham Koi, Broad Street, Icklesham, East Sussex. TN36 4AS
- e-mailing us - click here
- phoning us - click here - please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
You will receive a full refund, minus the original carriage charge for sending it to you. You will be liable to pay return postage costs if we have despatched the goods prior to your cancellation being received.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
- you return your product without proof of purchase
- the goods were a special order to your specification. |
